About

Global Communicators and Warning Network, Inc. aka GLOC 215, is a civic organization engaged in public assistance particularly during disasters and natural calamities. Most of our members are two-way VHF radio enthusiasts. They are trained for medical and rescue assistance. They help the public should emergency situations strike in places where we are located.

Founded in California, U.S.A. by radio enthusiasts. These were former officers of various Civic-Communication Groups in the Philippines. We aim to augment our network and ability. We developed partnerships with government units and other government agencies. Just recently, our group received awards and citations from various local government units. We were also recognized by municipal, provincial, and regional disaster councils. Moreover, the Office of the Civil in Region 6 recognized us during the Gawad Kalasag Award.

Presently, we have existing VHF Repeaters in various chapters in the provinces. They are also found in other parts of Luzon, Western Visayas, and Northern Mindanao. These repeaters were made available for use by RDRMMC and affiliates during disasters and other national emergencies.
